Welcome Baby Program
The Interfaith Clothing Center (ICC) and the Hans Rosenfeld Upcounty Interfaith Clothing Center (UICC) operates the Welcome Baby Program in addition to distributing donated items free of charge to low-income residents of Montgomery County.
The Welcome Baby program provides basic necessities needed for newborns free of charge to expectant mothers. This gift is valued at approximately $150 and includes such items as:
- Heavy blankets
- Receiving blankets
- Disposable Diapers
- Sweaters
- Crib sheets
- Towels
- Sleepers
- Nightgowns
- Undershirts
- Bibs
- Rattles

A great way to collect items is to have a baby shower benefiting the ICCs. Items needed include heavy blankets, receiving blankets, diapers, sweaters, sheets, towels, sleepers, gowns, undershirts, bibs, and rattles.

The ICCs are open year round and closed on Tuesdays, Sundays, Federal holidays, Yom Kippur, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The snow policy follows the Federal Government.
